Development of an internal digital platform: Participated in and developed the user experience for a platform aimed at improving the onboarding process and internal organizational culture. Based on interview findings, the information architecture and site navigation flow were designed. Collaborative work.
Development of a digital platform for leaders: Participated in and developed the user experience for a gamified website aimed at team leaders. It focused on helping them develop their soft skills through small daily activities and resources to improve their work performance. User-centered methodologies were used.
Development of a customized LMS: Managed and collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to innovate the creation of a digital training platform with strong storytelling embedded in the user experience. This resulted in a unique and innovative training experience.
Development of an LMS for an existing training program: Worked on transferring a training program to a digital platform accessible to all employees. I also created the wireframes and designed the site navigation flow.
